Terms of Business
When using my services, you will be bound by my Terms of Business. Please take a few moments reading these before you start using my services.
Services:
Once I have assessed your needs during a consultation, I will make a recommendation in the following areas for you;
Prescription:
This will detail which remedies you require and how and when to take your remedy.
Nutritional Supplements:
It may be necessary to recommend some foods, herbal tinctures or nutritional supplements to help your health issues.
Fees:
An Initial Consultation is £70.00 and follow up appointments are £50.00. Consultation appointment is for approximately 1 hour to max 1.5 hours a follow up appointment is for approximately 30-45 mins. For children up to the age of 16 the charge is £ 50.00 for the initial consultation and £ 30.00 for a follow up.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer, cash or PayPal. To comply with current regulations bank/card details will be destroyed in line with current GDPR regulations.
If you have any ongoing questions or require support, please do not hesitate to contact me. E-mail and text are preferable. I will respond to you within 48 hours. If I am away there will be a messaging service advising you when you contact me.
Any fees payable are non-refundable and payment is required within 24 hours.
If you have a Complaint:
Please put your complaint in writing to me and I will respond within 7 working days.
